You can't connect to your server but you know your site is accessible right?
First of all let's see how you can be sure your site is up and running (besides from the fact that you host with GOZEN Host and your uptime is supreeme)

Enter your domain name and check for yourself that your website is up and it's your IP that can't access the server.
Once you verify that, you need to login to our Client Portal and navigate to menu Support -> Unblock IP which can be found here: Unblock IP
Our system will automaticaly get your IP from your browser, this is the image you will see:
From there you can unblock your IP or, if you are a reseller, you can unblock your customers IP.
Note: There's a case where our system detects an ongoing abuse from your or your clients IP and in this case you won't be able to unblock the IP without prior opening a support request so we can investigate the issue together.
