You might have this at some point especially if you had recently made any DNS changes to your hostname domain or the resolver configuration.

To solve this issue you can try the following:
- The email account root emails are forwarded is valid
- Your server’s hostname is included in /etc/localdomains file
- For your server resolver configuration, in this case, try using the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
