You may be blocked by the server firewall or experiencing intermittent routing issues. Please complete two steps for our team to examine:

Submit a traceroute:
Windows:
- Go to the dos prompt by clicking START > RUN, typing in cmd, and hitting ENTER.
- Type in “tracert yourdomain.com” and hit ENTER. Change yourdomain.com to your actual domain name.
- When it has finished, and even if it looks like it will hang, allow it to finish. Then select all of the text on the dos screen and hit copy the content so you can update our personnel with the correct information.
Mac OS X:
- Go to Applications -> Utilities folder.
- Open Network Utility
- Click the Traceroute tab and enter your domain.
- Paste the output to your support ticket with us or create a new one if you haven’t already started one.
