Dear Customers,
We would like to provide a follow-up regarding the temporary cPanel license validation issue reported on July 8, 2026.
According to cPanel, the issue was related to their licensing infrastructure and has now been resolved. Affected servers should automatically refresh their licenses during the normal license check process, and in most cases no action is required.
The majority of GOZEN HOST customers did not experience any service impact. Our managed hosting environments continued to operate normally, and we have been monitoring the situation closely.
For customers using a self-managed server with a cPanel license purchased through GOZEN HOST, our support team remains available to assist if you are still seeing license-related warnings or access issues.
If needed, the cPanel license can also be refreshed manually from the server via SSH using:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
Please note that in some cases, repeated login attempts during the temporary licensing issue may have triggered cPHulk or similar brute-force protection systems. If you are still unable to log in after the license has refreshed, please open a support ticket and our team will help review the issue.
Thank you for your understanding.
GOZEN HOST Support Team
